WellSpan Health, an integrated health system that serves the communities of central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, is seeking a Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a thriving practice located in Cumberland County. Our organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 250 care locations, nine hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. Responsibilities
Maintain established patient panel and conduct primary care visits, assessments, treatment plans, and referrals
Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers in a shared‑care environment
Participate in quality improvement and practice management initiatives
Communicate effectively with patients and staff

Qualifications
Minimum Education
Master’s Degree Nurse Practitioner required or Bachelor’s Degree Physician Assistant required
Master’s Degree Physician Assistant preferred
Work Experience
1 year required
Licenses
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses And Training
BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon hire required.
Nurse Practitioner – Board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (Commission on Certification). Upon hire required.
Nurse Practitioner – Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners. Upon hire required.
Physician Assistant – Graduate of accredited physician assistant program. Upon hire required.
