Position Summary What you’ll do: Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads in order to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring associate compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures, identifying training and development needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience

2 years Walmart Logistics experience

2 years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency

Experience supervising associates

Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems
