About the Role
Hollister - Key Lead, Valley Plaza
– Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, you will provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule Requirements
Work at least 12‑16 hours per week, with schedule varying weekly.
Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
Hours may increase during peak times to support business needs.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
No supervisory or managerial experience required.
Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal Interaction.
Fashion Trend Knowledge, Outgoing, Assertiveness.
Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance.
Poise & Ambition, Multi‑Tasking, Applied Learning, Work Ethic.
