Senior Wireless Sales Expert

who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. Our Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction.

What You Do In This Role

Brand Ambassador – Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for guests, reflecting our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer.

Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership through active listening, solution‑finding, and conversation initiation.

Product and Services Expert – Receive world‑class training on our products and services and translate technology into real‑world conversations.

Obstacle Remover – Make decisions to help customers get everything they need and ensure the team has the tools and resources necessary to succeed. Resolve escalations, exceptions, or technology troubles with knowledge, skill, and a solution‑focused delivery.

What You Need To Win In This Role

Education and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience, preferably in a customer‑facing environment such as beauty or phone retailers.

At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in the wireless industry.

Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.

Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Schedule and Attendance:

Retail store open six to seven days a week. Hours vary between 9 am to 6 pm most days.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing for 6‑8 hours.

Move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise.

Responsible for light cleaning (dusting shelves, cleaning counters, emptying garbage cans, etc.).

Pay & Benefits

Minimum Salary: $42,000

Maximum Salary: $52,500

Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
