Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Leads:

Use our unique platform that targets potential clients who have requested information about our life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on the client.

Interacting with Clients:

Present, promote and help clients make informed decisions about products/services based on comprehensive needs assessments to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.

Relationship Management:

Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offer continuous support and service by consulting regular follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Daily Hands‑On Training:

Attend live company‑wide coaching sessions to improve your skill set, with access to the top virtual sales reps in the company.

Sales Reporting:

Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain confidentiality of client information, and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to present a solution to the potential client that addresses their concerns and meets their budget.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Industry experience equivalent is helpful but not required.

Life insurance license or ability to obtain one; we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed.

Compensation Details
