Sales Advisor – Castleton Square Mall As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, and actively sell our products while ensuring a friendly experience. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need, work on garment refill and care, maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, and collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.

Engage in conversations with customers to deliver outstanding service.

Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.

Effectively promote and sell our products.

Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

Complete the garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.

Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas in accordance with best practice and processes.

Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas, including stockrooms.

Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.

Use in‑store OMNI services and technology tools (In‑store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.).

Assist with opening and closing the store.

Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and the H&M product range.

Motivated by delivering a great customer experience.

Excellent communication skills, creativity, curiosity, motivation, flexibility, decisiveness, and action‑orientation.

Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Prior sales experience in a dynamic retail or customer‑service environment.

Experience in customer‑service within fashion, retail or related industry.

Job Details

Employment type: Hourly, Non‑Exempt (Part‑time)

Compensation: $12.50 per hour (subject to negotiation based on qualifications).
