We’re Hiring: Texas Territory Sales Rep

Location:

Texas (In-Market Presence Required or Local to Kansas City)

Focus:

Outbound Growth, Account Expansion & Relationship Building

Texas is a major growth market for us, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-first Texas Territory Sales Rep to own and grow our presence across the state. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound activity, values face-to-face relationships, and takes true ownership of their territory.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow all customer accounts within the state of Texas

Drive outbound strategies to open new accounts and expand existing relationships

Set and hit monthly and quarterly outbound goals, sharing insights and progress with leadership

Maintain consistent monthly touchpoints with top accounts and uncover new contacts and partnership opportunities

Travel regularly throughout Texas for in-person meetings, events, and strategic visits (2X a month)

Collaborate closely with the Southeast Strategic Sales Partner to ensure aligned messaging and territory coverage (for the rest of Southeast)

Represent the company at Texas-based events, client visits, and industry gatherings

Share ongoing feedback on market trends, challenges, and growth opportunities in Texas

Consistent outbound activity that drives new business and deeper account penetration

A healthy, growing pipeline of qualified opportunities across Texas

Clear visibility into account health, relationship mapping, and decision-maker discovery

Strong communication with leadership around wins, challenges, and emerging opportunities

Increased brand presence across Texas through travel, client engagement, and regional events

Demonstrated territory ownership with organized planning, clear reporting, and proactive growth strategies

Who You Are

A self-starter who loves outbound sales and relationship building

Comfortable traveling and being in-market regularly

Organized, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership

Collaborative and communicative with internal teams and leadership
