About the venue: Dolce Events: Dolc Eve nts is Scottsdale's premier luxury‑meets‑modern venue, known for elevated weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. We pride ourselves on seamless service, curated details, and a team that brings visions to life with passion and precision.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to inquiries and converting leads into booked events
Hosting venue tours that make clients feel confident and inspired
Creating personalized proposals and following up with consistency
Coordinating all event logistics from kickoff call to execution day
Being on‑site during events to ensure every detail is on point
Collaborating with in‑house staff, kitchen team, and trusted vendors
Attending local industry networking events on behalf of Dolce to build partnerships, source vendors, and strengthen our industry presence
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or sales
Stellar communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
Proven track record of closing bookings and managing client relationships
Confidence managing multiple events and timelines at once
Availability for evenings/weekends (events don't sleep, and neither do we!)
Bonus: CRM experience, Google Suite, Canva, or event software know‑how
Collaborative spirit and a passion for elevating the guest experience
