Inside Sales Representative As an Inside Sales Representative at PLS, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a book of business in the freight and logistics industry. You’ll learn the ins and outs of supply chain solutions while developing skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.

What You’ll Do

Prospect, cold call, and develop new business relationships with decision‑makers across industries

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

Build and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure reliable transportation solutions for clients

Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability

Leverage PLS’s industry‑leading technology to track shipments and provide outstanding customer service
