Job Overview
Everstory Partners is looking for a Sales Counselor to sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.
Compensation Estimated first‑year earnings (wage + commission): $55,000 – $65,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, and/or sales preferred.
One year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
Experience with a CRM (lead management system) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
