Key Responsibilities
Rotate through departments, immersing yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
Required Qualifications
Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including:
Having an active driver's license.
Being at least 21 years of age.
Obtaining a DOT medical certification.
Providing documentation regarding previous employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
A business or related academic major.
A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
