What You'll Do

Assist Facility Manager in the operations of the facility

Ensure the efficiency of the facility

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Manage customer and personnel issues

Provide sales direction and motivation

Set annual sales goals with each crop consultant and recommend proprietary products and vendor selection

Define level of service consistent with sales volume and profit margins

Use company resources to promote services beneficial to customer

Develop and promote new and unique products and services

Regularly pursue the development of new business

Promote and enforce EH&S programs

Assist with developing key relationships with suppliers and community

What You'll Bring

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or sales function

5+ years of people leadership experience

University degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent required

Applicant should have experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers in the current market

Must possess a valid license
