What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Coordinate with Fleet customers to obtain and process payments using the SAM system
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley policy by collecting necessary documentation for sales
Provide and track vehicle releases to field personnel
Maintain and archive all Fleet Sales documentation, including filing and scanning
Assist in resolving customer issues related to deals, titles, payments, and vehicle locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Transportation or Vehicle Administration
Strong communication skills with management and field personnel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales support or administrative roles within the transportation industry
Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements
Proficiency in using sales and inventory management systems
Knowledge of vehicle administration processes
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
