Purpose of the Job Overview
Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST
Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM BST
Job Responsibilities
Create a persona in the LinkedIn according to the business needs like company and decision makers in the UK / Ireland
Send a connection request over the LinkedIn and increase the number of connections
Once people accept the request, message them using the LinkedIn and try to engage and pitch them our services
Follow up them over the LinkedIn if no response
Follow up them using their own customized messages; hence content writer skill is an extra bonus
Ensure to follow up in such a way that people can be ready to set up the meeting with our sales team
Need to warm up the leads over the LinkedIn so prospects come on the call
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Proven track record in new business and sales
Good technical knowledge
Confident in closing sales
Excellent customer service skills
Dynamic, self‑motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
Motivated by targets
Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
Proficient experience of LinkedIn
Bachelor's and Master's Degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT Background would be a plus)
