What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
Maintain state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
Collaborate effectively within a team while also being able to work independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focusStrong internet connection with specified upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Inbound sales experience is a plus
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and performance metrics
