Sales Manager
to support and develop our in‑home sales team. This position is a full‑time inside management role.

In‑office position located in Palm City covering 4 counties (Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee)
Responsibilities
Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in‑home sales team toward achieving success.
Manage internal sales support team with consistency and professionalism.
Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and company process.
Requirements
Degree or certification is preferred.
Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3‑5 years.
Strong personal sales track record.
Willing to follow our proven sales system.
Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.
Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.
Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.
