What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day‑to‑day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as residential and commercial woodworkers within the sales territory
Engage in structured consultative sales discussions both in person and virtually, serving as a business advisor to customers
Utilize CRM software to track daily activity, plan sales calls, and follow up on customer requests
Organize and plan time effectively to maximize sales opportunities
Conduct regular in-person visits to customers three to four days per week
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales within the building materials or construction industries
Strong motivation and ability to self‑direct and manage responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Reliable transportation for regular automobile travel
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, or millwork
Eagerness to learn and provide solutions to customers with a drive for successful sales growth
