Partner with physicians and staff to provide patient‑centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Advance the patient plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes. Work with patients and families to provide age‑ and culturally‑appropriate care. Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. Implement conventional ventilation methods and perform a variety of duties related to setting up, operating, cleaning, and storing respiratory equipment. Exceptional Skills And Qualifications
Earned an Associate’s Degree from an accredited respiratory care program. Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP). Registered by the NBRC or eligible for Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 12 months of start date. Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred. Experience working in respiratory therapy, knowledge of treatment modalities, and dedication to patient care. Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors. Ability to evaluate and provide exceptional care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
