Department: Intermediate Care - ICU Stepdown Schedule: Full Time Day – 7a-7p, 3 days a week – 3rd weekend rotation Hospital: Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Location: 3700 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714 Benefits

Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Carry out physician and nursing orders. Assist with discharge planning and coordinate with the healthcare team. Requirements
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing, obtained before hire date. BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire date. Education
