Physical Therapist - Orthopedics - Sign On Bonus Potential Join Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) as a full‑time Orthopedic Physical Therapist offering a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year with a potential sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000 for select positions. Locations include Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Hutto, Leander, Liberty Hill, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and more.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.

Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approaches based on progress and clinical presentation.

Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Texas or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
