Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing technicians who thrive on building meaningful connections with clients and their pets. At our hospital, technicians are valued for their expertise and education, playing a key role in delivering a positive, comprehensive client experience.
In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow.
Maintain accurate, detailed medical records.
Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity.
Support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
This position is ideal for technicians who excel in client engagement and schedule management while delivering exceptional care and communication. This is a full-time position, with a 4‑10s schedule and availability needed Monday‑Friday, and every other Saturday.
Full‑time benefits and compensation**:
Compensation: $20‑23 per hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus package: $2,000
CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of West Virginia
Proficiency in the following skills:
Radiology
Phlebotomy
Inpatient care
Sample collection
