RN – Full‑time 7am‑7:30pm with Sign‑On Bonus $20,000 Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 7am‑7:30pm with every other weekend rotation.

Location: The Meadows Psychiatric Center, Centre Hall, PA.

Compensation: Full‑time with a $20,000 sign‑on bonus.

About the Facility The Meadows Psychiatric Center is a 119‑bed inpatient behavioral health facility with numerous outpatient programs spanning the continuum of care. The 52‑acre rural campus is located minutes outside State College in Central PA. The facility provides comprehensive care to patients from children through geriatrics.

Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity.

Deliver nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and security. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, participate in charge, supervisor, and nurse manager‑in‑training programs, and contribute to quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or temporary permit to practice

Genuine interest in psychiatric nursing

Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred; on‑job training provided if not
