Overview Short term assignment, until March. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands‑on experience in the production of high‑precision, safety‑critical components used across industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and energy.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
Basic math and computer skills.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
