Salary: $240,000 - $480,000 annually
Schedule: 34-40 hours/week (Flexible weekday and Saturday options)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care and sports medicine services
- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Promote preventive health and lifestyle medicine
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Lifestyle Medicine
- Sports Medicine certification or experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
