Position Overview As a COTA, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance quality of life in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Assist patients with improving ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety.
Carry out individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
Educate patients and caregivers to support carryover and long‑term success.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and facility staff for holistic care.
Track patient progress and report outcomes to supervising OT.
Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program.
Active or license‑eligible COTA license in Pennsylvania.

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus, but new graduates are welcome.
