Base pay range $19.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Job description Duties:
Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens from patients at clinics in surrounding cities.
Accession patient samples.
Prepare and label specimens for laboratory testing.
Follow proper laboratory procedures and protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory area.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and test results.
Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
Experience
Phlebotomist certification.
2 years phlebotomy experience.
Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection and labeling.
