Our services include private pay and VA in‑home care and supports.

Responsibilities

Assist with all client and caregiver inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Set and manage the staffing schedule for caregivers.

Build rapport and relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources.

Act as the first impression director for all calls coming into the office.

Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients, and prospects.

Ensure caregiver compliance with the ClearCare scheduling system.

Lead the veteran in‑home health aide and respite services program, including the bonus program.

Assist with related administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Maintain consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients.

Collaborate with leadership to accommodate client staffing needs.

Send updates to Owners, the Recruitment and Retention Director, and the Community Care Liaison.

Share the rotation of on‑call 24/7 duties scheduled after business hours and on weekends (weekend bonus pay).

Qualifications

Prior scheduling/staffing experience in an in‑home care agency or related healthcare field (e.g., Home Health, Hospice).

Experience scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs (preferred).

Quick learner with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.

High attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities in a care environment.

Organized with the ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment.

Proven leadership and management experience; development of strong relationships with coworkers.

Proficiency in basic computer software; experience with WellSky (ClearCare) preferred but not required.

Flexible, reliable, and a team player.

On‑call experience.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $52,000 – $56,000 per year
