Base Pay Range $41.28/hr - $66.05/hr

Job Details ChristianaCare’s 30‑bed Spine Unit provides comprehensive care for patients with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders, including degenerative diseases, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, tumors, and spinal‑cord injuries. Nurses work closely with physicians, physician assistants, and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in a team‑centered setting.

Requirements

BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire.

Preferred 1–2 years of medical/surgical experience.

BLS required.

Hours Full‑time flex position (72 hours per pay cycle). Day/Midnight rotating 12‑hour shifts – 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. Includes weekend commitment based on tenure and two holidays per year.

Hourly Pay Range $41.28 – $66.05
