Physical Therapist – IRG Snoqualmie
IRG Physical & Hand Therapy seeks a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Snoqualmie office. This role focuses on evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, disabilities, or diseases, with the goal of restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing further injury.
Pay Range Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $93,000.00/yr. Enhanced compensation may add up to 20% of base salary based on performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting plans as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.
Assist in efficient clinic operations and support team members as needed.
Ensure all patient interactions remain confidential with informed consent.
Qualifications / Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred: 1–2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform diverse tasks in a high‑stress environment.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Work extended periods at a video display terminal; required keyboard use.
Physical activity includes bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, prolonged sitting and standing.
Required to work onsite at the IRG clinic and manage own transportation.
Pay & Benefits Information
Base Compensation: $80,000 – $93,000 depending on experience and certifications.
Enhanced Compensation opportunity up to an additional 20% of base salary.
