Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our CHI Health at Home team in Colorado Springs. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in their homes. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
Customize therapy strategies to meet individual patient goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Provide training and support for family members to assist with therapeutic exercise and strategies at home.

Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active registered SLP license in the state where you practice and certification (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
One-year Speech Therapy experience in a clinical setting.
Current Driver's License.
Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Pay Range $34.00 - $50.58 per hour
