Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Federal Way Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities, performing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications

Must have a driver's license and be an approved agency driver.

Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair various facility issues.

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1‑2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.

Pass required background checks.

Ability to work independently.
