Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) – Queens, NY
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Masters Social Worker to join our team of passionate therapists providing excellent pediatric therapy. The position is located in Queens, NY and offers a flexible schedule. Candidates will work with children and families across New York, Hudson Valley, Long Island, Albany, Virginia/DC, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware.
Base Pay Range $55.00/hr – $80.00/hr (depending on experience and education)
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children ages birth–3 in their most natural environment.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies.
Work in diverse settings (client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, community settings).
Follow the unique therapy plan, document progress, prepare progress reports.
Maintain child records and confidentiality (HIPAA, state and federal regulations).
Qualifications
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York.
1–2 years of experience working with children birth–5 (preferred but not required).
Passion for working with children and families.
Self‑motivated, team player with patience and professionalism.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Travel to assigned cases (personal vehicle, walking, public transportation).
Ascend/descend staircases; lift 10 pounds regularly.
Sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods.
