Schedule & Hours 25 hours a week:
Monday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Monday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Tuesday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Thursday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
20 hours a week:
Monday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Monday 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., Wednesday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Thursday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO CONSISTENT SHIFTS.
Qualifications & Competencies
Master’s level clinical degree from an accredited school—CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, MFT.
Fully licensed or working toward licensure in the State of Utah (onsite supervision will be provided).
In good standing with the Department of Professional Licensing.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 80% DCC hours per work day.
Become familiar with and utilize the standardized curriculum.
Attend and support weekly staff and clinical meetings.
Proficiency in supporting clients to meet clinical objectives and program agreements.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate based on experience: $33–$35.
