What You'll Do

Schedule: 7pm-7am, Night Shift, Full-time

Department: LDRP

Location: Ballantyne Medical Center – Ballantyne, NC

This position is for a LDRP unit, which includes Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum. We’re seeking experienced registered nurses with at least two years experience in Labor and Delivery or LDRP to provide exceptional care to new mothers and their newborns.

Sign‑on bonus available up to $20,000 and relocation up to $7,500.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

If the RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and has not been licensed in another state during the last five years, a Board‑approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating the license.

Experience:

One year relevant experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required.

ENPC, TNCC or CEN preferred.

NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
