Qualifications for
RN Infusion Manager
Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or related healthcare field; bachelor's degree preferred
Current and active RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in infusion therapy or a related field, with at least 2 years in management or leadership role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of infusion services, pharmacy partnerships, and healthcare operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Strategic thinking with a growth‑oriented mindset
Ability to manage financial performance and ensure profitability
Expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships
Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence
