Hospital Based ABA is now in Bradley, IL — and we need two more incredible RBTs!
We’re growing — and we’re doing it the right way. Milestone Therapy is proud to partner with Riverside Health to bring our award-winning, child-focused services to the Bradley/Kankakee area. Our new clinic, located at The Atrium on Kennedy Drive, is built to support kids across the autism spectrum — and we need three passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help us launch strong!

Something to Note: If you have completed your coursework as a BT and still need direct time and support with clients to complete your certification, we will help get you across the finish line!

What You’ll Do
Facilitate new skill acquisition through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
Redirect undesired behaviors with evidence-based interventions
Collaborate daily with your BCBA and lead therapist to implement effective care plans
Complete daily session documentation in a timely and ethical manner
Execute individualized programming as outlined by your supervising BCBA
Qualifications
Active RBT Certification required via certification on the BACB registry, or in a place where you're ready to complete your credentialing through us
1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
Ability to work independently on a collaborative team
