LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – FT NIGHTS
$7,500 Sign‑On Bonus.

Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
Communicate with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Assist in performing general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Current Indiana LPN License.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of six months to one year of work experience.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
