Optometrist – Bronx, NY – Contract
Eyes & Optics would like to recruit a full-time Optometrist to join the Bronx office (56 East 170th Street, Bronx, NY 10452). The successful candidate will develop a private practice and provide comprehensive eye care to a dedicated patient base.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat ocular diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and ocular surface disease.
Perform comprehensive eye exams using state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments: visual field, fundus camera, optical coherence tomography, B-scan ultrasonography, corneal topography, and specular microscopy.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated technicians for pre-testing and diagnostic testing.
Maintain a clean and friendly work environment.
Qualifications
Entry level (Less than 1 year of experience).
Strong motivation to build a private practice.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Benefits & Compensation
Annual salary: $150,000 – $180,000 (contract).
Performance bonuses and incentives.
Health insurance, paid time off, vacation.
