BrightFlag Recruiting is hiring CDL-A SOLO Drivers based out of East Texas within 100 miles of Dallas.
Do you want the opportunity to run OTR, travel, and earn steady weekly pay? Perfect.

Route Details: OTR
Hometime: Home every 2–3 weeks with 2–3 days off
Freight: No-touch freight; primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight
Delivery Locations: Haul lengths and destinations vary based on your residence
Success Factors: Strong work ethic, dependable communication with customers and fleet managers

Average Weekly Pay: $1,202
Top Weekly Pay: $1,512
Average Annualized: $62,504
Top Annualized: $78,624
CPM pay structure

Reliable no-touch freight
Equipment:
Late‑model Freightliner automatic transmission trucks
All trucks three years old or newer
Equipped with advanced safety features
Pulling 53’ refrigerated and dry trailers
Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
Minimum 3 months of CDL‑A experience
Must read, write, and speak fluent English
Must meet DOT requirements: physical, background check, drug screen
Clean and safe driving record
Professional, safety-focused, strong communicator
