Requirements
Must live within 100 miles
NV OTR license and OTR certification (NV license)
Background in Behavioral Health (BH) patients
Bachelor’s degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school (required); Master’s degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school (highly desired)
BLS required
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum 2 years of OT experience
Responsibilities
As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments.
