Job Description
Domino’s Pizza in Louisville, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3830 Ruckriegal Pkwy Suite 101 location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a positive and professional attitude
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store’s cleanliness
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems
Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
