Job Summary
FULL‑TIME PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) – Douglasville, GA
A skilled PT is needed to support Harmony at our Douglasville site. The position offers an hourly rate up to $55, with a mod compensation program available.

Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
Provide physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
Collaborate with peers and make referrals to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or a related field plus a Bachelor’s) **or** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience.
For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation must demonstrate equivalence to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.
Posted Salary Range: USD $44.08 – $50.00 / hr.
