Salary Range: $40.00-41.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
Administer medication.
Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have
LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.
Nice To Have
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
Direct care nursing experience with multiple residents.
Behavioral care / memory care experience.
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
