Location: Savannah, GA
Schedule: 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Compensation: $37.16 per hour
Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, assure implementation of the assessment plan and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population.
Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan that contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals and discharge planning.
Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
Valid state RN license required (may apply before licensing; must have license upon start).
BLS certification required at hire.
Must be flexible with scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
