Responsibilities
Adhere to departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
Repair, maintain, and monitor the operating condition of slot machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance.
Replace parts and circuit boards causing malfunctions; repair select circuit boards with assistance.
Utilize shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts.
Maintain moderate to advanced skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions.
Inspect, install, and remove slot machines.
Maintain player‑tracking system and EZ Pay equipment.
Complete all regulatory and company operational logs and forms accurately (e.g., slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms).
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Qualifications
Minimum age 21 years.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
General understanding of computers.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent and literate in English.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Collaborative and effective with guests and team members.
Diplomatic and tactful conflict resolution.
High energy and proactive approach to issues.
Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
