Position Details
Location: Concord, NC
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage $15–$18 per hour
Your Role in Our Mission
Provide care at clients’ homes and within their communities
Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care (bathing, dressing), and other daily tasks
Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed
Help plan and organize clients’ schedules
Document and report daily activities using the electronic health record system

Technology: proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn
Transportation: reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
