Responsibility Highlights
Stocks shelves and refills displays.
Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
Conditions shelves and products for A+ Standards.
Keeps the department clean and well‑organized, including the back room.
Ensures compliance with SOPs, federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation.
Maintains productivity standards and works efficiently with a team attitude.
Accepts and applies constructive feedback; may coach or train other stockers.
Operates cross‑functionally, builds relationships with other departments (e.g., Curbside).
Assists customers in locating products and answers product questions.

Background & Experience
Minimum age 18 (mandatory).
Experience in stocking and customer service (preferred).
Experience in a physically demanding job (plus).
Forklift / power jack training provided upon hire.

Understanding of SOPs and emergency procedures.
Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
Customer service mindset.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
Ability to think on your feet and work with agility.
Teamwork to meet nightly goals.
Manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Apply personal discipline to SOPs and leader direction.
Open to overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting [varies by department].
Exposure to cold, loud noise, and ambient temperatures; occasional wet conditions.
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and manage heavier loads as needed.
