Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Requires the professional knowledge and skills to provide clinical care in the Nursing Department in accordance with current state and federal regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio.
