Full-Time Dental Assistant
to support our mobile dental teams across
Delaware . You’ll help deliver quality care to seniors and underserved communities — all while enjoying variety, autonomy, and purpose in your work.
What You’ll Do
Travel with our mobile dental team to senior living and healthcare facilities in Philadelphia, PA. Willing to travel to PA and/or NJ is a plus!!
Assist the dentist with chairside procedures and patient care
Set up, maintain, and break down portable dental equipment
Adhere to sterilization and infection control protocols
Support patient documentation and basic administrative tasks
Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
Certified/Registered Dental Assistant (as required by state)
Current Radiation Certificate (where applicable)
Knowledge of OSHA and infection control procedures
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Ability to lift and transport dental equipment (25–50 lbs)
Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
Compassionate, mission-driven, and flexible with travel
