Lucas Oil
Job Purpose
As a production line worker for Lucas Oil Products, you will work alongside teammates to bottle and package Lucas Oil. The line worker’s responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following work instructions and health and safety guidelines. To be successful you should maintain consistent speed and accuracy, meet production standards, and improve productivity without compromising quality.
Duties / Responsibilities
Operates manufacturing line duties: operating machinery, monitoring output, recognizing malfunctions, manually filling bottles, affixing lids and labels, stacking cases on pallets, securing pallets, moving product and heavy objects by hand, and other labor functions as directed by supervisor.
Safely operates forklift to move pallets inside and outside the facility.
Follow safety protocols; maintain clean workstation and production floor.
Identify and address quality issues; report problems to supervisor on duty.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements – Physical
Prolonged standing, repetitive actions, bending, stooping, reaching.
Lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 pounds.
Physical dexterity to operate machinery and handle small parts.
Operate forklift.
Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines.
Wear required PPE.
Reliable transportation.
Work in varying environments: hot, cold, noisy.
Perform tasks on elevated platforms or scaffolding when necessary.
Fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination required.
Shift work including nights, weekends, overtime.
Pass pre‑employment physical examination and periodic health screenings.
Required Skills
Follow production guidelines and specifications.
Meet production targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent attention to detail.
Perform repetitive tasks.
Work in fast‑paced environment.

Education / Licenses / Experience
High school diploma / GED.
At least one year working in a factory (beneficial).
Experience operating manufacturing industry.
